Job Details
Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team in Rogers, AR. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC and manual lathes, mills, and grinders. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with machining experience to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinders, as well as manual machines.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect parts and document findings.
- Maintain a clean work environment, including machines, tooling, parts, and the floor.
- Work throughout the department as required by management.
- Abide by all safety rules and regulations.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Machining operator experience or a combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Work Environment:
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, machine coolant, high temperatures, and loud noise.
Physical Requirements:
- Walk or stand 50% of the time.
- Bend, stoop, and squat.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
