Job Details
We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator for one of our clients in Little Rock, AR. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts. This role requires previous CNC experience, strong math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and follow specifications. Experience with Walter CNC machines is strongly preferred. The ideal CNC Machine Operator is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Perform CNC programming and make machine adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Maintain machine performance and report mechanical concerns
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all quality control procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator required
- Walter CNC machine experience strongly preferred
- Strong math skills, including measurements, tolerances, and calculations
- Experience with CNC programming and machine setup
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Clean background required
