Job Details
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Coating Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team in Lincoln, AR. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in electronics manufacturing. The Coating Machine Operator is responsible for operating printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing equipment, following production specifications, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate coating and other PCB manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
- Build products according to work instructions and production specifications.
- Follow IPC-610 quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Perform routine machine setup and general machine maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain coating chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Complete parts requisitions and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment safely.
- Familiarity with IPC-610 standards is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent use of hands for operating machinery and handling materials.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safely work around manufacturing equipment and chemicals.
