Coating Machine Operator

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coating and other PCB manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
• Build products according to work instructions and production specifications.
• Follow IPC-610 quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Perform routine machine setup and general machine maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain coating chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Complete parts requisitions and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Familiarity with IPC-610 standards is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent use of hands for operating machinery and handling materials.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safely work around manufacturing equipment and chemicals.
