Our client is a rapidly growing company seeking a friendly and helpful Customer Service Representative to join their team in Little Rock, AR. With 4-hour daytime shifts, you can work around your busy schedule or combine shifts for a full-time role. This is not a cold calling position; instead, you will assist existing customers with their orders and reorders via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently.
- Follow established communication scripts when handling various topics to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and research every issue to provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile to engage and assist them.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in the call center database for future reference.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support practices.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
