Pay: $13+/HR DOE

Summary:

A well established interior design store is seeking a customer service oriented person to assist their customers with their home design needs. The best person for the job will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and excellent follow-up skills as well. Will be helping customes figure out what kind of items they may need for their home and will complete the order process.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and make them feel welcome

Answer customer questions about products and services

Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs

Provide product information and recommendations

Process customer orders

Handle customer returns and exchanges

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Keep up-to-date on company products and services

Promote sales and specials

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience preferred

Retail sales experience preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with interior design software

Knowledge of home design trends and styles
