Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join their team in Tontitown. This position is a combination of customer service, warehouse, cashier, and general merchandise responsibilities. The Customer Service / Warehouse Associate will work directly with customers while also helping with daily warehouse operations to keep merchandise moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.
- Assist customers with questions and merchandise.
- Unload incoming trucks and organize merchandise in the warehouse.
- Price merchandise accurately and prepare items for sale.
- Load customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
- Perform basic computer and data-entry tasks.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and customer area.
- Follow company procedures for handling merchandise and customer orders.
- Assist with other general warehouse and customer service duties as needed.
- As a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate, balance customer-facing responsibilities with physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, cashier, retail, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using a computer and performing basic computer tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable and willing to work Saturdays.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
