We are currently hiring an Embroidery Machine Operator for our client located in Hot Springs, AR. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in embroidery or a sewing machine background who is looking to join a professional, climate-controlled production environment. The Embroidery Machine Operator plays a key role in delivering quality customized products by managing embroidery tasks from start to finish with efficiency and attention to detail.
The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for completing embroidered jobs according to a production schedule and ensuring all items meet strict quality standards. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience with embroidery machines or general sewing knowledge is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage embroidery production on ZSK embroidery machines
- Complete all embroidery jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Conduct quality control checks on embroidered items to ensure consistency and excellence
- Plan and assign production times for each embroidery order
- Maintain a clean and organized embroidery workspace
- Assist with inventory management of embroidery supplies and materials
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the embroidery equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and production accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating embroidery or sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as part of daily tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment upkeep
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders at once
- A team-player attitude with strong communication skills
