Our client is seeking a dependable Entry Level MIG Welder to join their trailer manufacturing team in Arkoma, AR. This Entry Level MIG Welder position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic MIG welding on trailer components
- Assist in building and assembling trailers from start to finish
- Read and follow simple blueprints, measurements, and work instructions
- Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and grinding
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and durability standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support team members and production goals as needed
Qualifications
- Entry level welding experience or recent welding school/training preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
