Our staffing agency is seeking an Estimator / Residential Sales professional for one of our clients. This role focuses on working directly with residential customers to create accurate quotes and estimates while providing excellent customer service. The Estimator / Residential Sales position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and is willing to learn. No prior industry experience is required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Estimator / Residential Sales professional will interact with customers in person and online, review basic job details, and help guide customers through product options and timelines. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and clear communication are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate quotes and estimates for residential customers
- Assist customers in person, online, and by phone
- Review drawings, specifications, and measurements as needed
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and delivery schedules
- Enter and manage customer and estimate information accurately
- Work closely with team members to support sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Sage 100 experience is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Reliable and team-oriented
