Pay: $16/hr on 1st Shift & $17/hr on 2nd Shift

Job Description:

As a Food Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Placing components in trays or boxes on the production line, following established procedures.
2. Removing any unacceptable product from the production line or area to maintain quality standards.
3. Spacing and arranging components on the line for presentation, ensuring proper organization and smooth workflow.
4. Servicing lines with pans of meat, vegetables, or other ingredients as required.

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Able to pass a drug screen.
2. Able to be on your feet for the entire 10-12 hour shifts, demonstrating stamina and endurance.
3. Comfortable working on a fast-paced production line with moving conveyors, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
4. Must be comfortable working with various food smells.

Schedule: Day-to-day assignments on 1st and 2nd Shift. Start times will vary each day depending on line needs. Monday to Friday, with 8-12 hour shifts.
