Location: Springdale, AR

Shift: 3rd Shift Warehouse (9:00 pm – 5:30 am)

Pay Rate: $17.75/hour

Job Description:

Our client in Springdale, AR, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join their 3rd Shift Warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility. This position is classified as Safety Sensitive, and as such, candidates may be subject to drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluations as a condition of employment in accordance with state law guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Stand-up Forklift with recent experience, ensuring safety at all times.

Handle the receiving of raw materials and the shipping of finished goods, maintaining accurate records.

Efficiently pull orders, stage products, and load/unload trucks with precision.

Move materials within or near the plant, optimizing warehouse organization.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Maintain effective communication with the prior shift to confirm pending tasks and ensure a seamless transition.

Qualifications:

Recent experience operating a Stand-up Forklift is required.

Ability to work the 3rd Shift (9:00 pm – 5:30 am) consistently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials.

Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.

Willingness to undergo drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluations as needed.
