Job Details
Our client is seeking a reliable Forklift Slip Sheet Operator to safely move and handle corrugated packaging materials in a warehouse environment. The Forklift Slip Sheet Operator will operate a forklift equipped with a slip sheet attachment to load and unload materials, organize products, and support daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift with a slip sheet attachment to safely move materials.
- Load and unload corrugated packaging materials from trailers and designated storage areas.
- Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow proper forklift operating and safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or damage.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Experience using a slip sheet attachment is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
