Our client is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operators to support order preparation for a cutting-edge autonomous delivery system in Pea Ridge, AR. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for drone-based delivery. The work directly supports a fast-growing logistics network focused on improving speed, safety, and access to essential goods.

The Fulfillment Operator will work in a hands-on warehouse-style environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, comfortable working on their feet, and able to follow structured processes to ensure every order is completed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from inventory based on order requirements
• Verify items for accuracy and quality before packing
• Pack orders securely to ensure safe transport via drone delivery
• Prepare and stage packages for loading into autonomous aircraft
• Follow detailed safety and operational procedures
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area
• Assist with inventory handling and order tracking as needed
• Work efficiently to meet time-sensitive delivery schedules
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all company guidelines related to safety and quality control

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, retail stocking, food service, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and safety procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• No prior drone experience required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move packages as part of daily duties
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
