Job Details
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a manufacturing facility in Morrilton, AR. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn multiple areas of production. The General Labor Associate will be cross trained across various departments and work as a floater, providing support wherever needed to help maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in multiple departments as assigned
- Perform general labor and production support tasks
- Assist with material handling and movement of products
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety regulations

Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 120 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can become hot during summer months
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Closed campus during work hours; employees should bring their lunch and personal necessities
- Cell phone use is prohibited outside of designated break periods
- Must follow all company safety and operational policies
