Job Details
Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor employees to join their team. This is a physically demanding position where employees will be cross-trained in various departments and may perform a variety of production, material handling, and general labor duties. The General Labor position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physical work, and following a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Employees will be trained to work in multiple areas of the facility, providing flexibility and support where needed. The work environment can become hot during the summer months, and employees should be prepared for extended periods of physical activity.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $15/hour
- Eligible for onboarding and benefits after completing 520 hours
- Upon meeting eligibility requirements, pay increases to a minimum of $16.74/hour

Key Responsibilities
