Are you looking for a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in Fort Smith, AR? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s team as General Laborers. This position offers a starting pay rate of $11.50 per hour and provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble boxes and prepare them for packaging.
- Pack products according to specified guidelines and instructions.
- Load pallets with packaged products for transportation and storage.
- Feed materials into machines and equipment as needed.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects and discrepancies.
- Apply adhesive to the inside of lids and affix labels based on order specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience performing general warehouse duties is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards and deadlines.
- Attentive, teachable, and dependable individual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
