A charming local inn in the heart of Eureka Springs is looking for detail-oriented and reliable Housekeepers to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests as they explore the unique history and beauty of our town.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including stripping and making beds with fresh linens, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
• Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks; replenish towels and amenities.
• Common Area Maintenance: Ensure lobbies, hallways, and shared guest spaces remain tidy and inviting.
• Laundry Management: Assist with washing, drying, and folding linens and towels as needed.
• Staging: Ensure each room meets the inn’s high standards for presentation and “curb appeal” before guest check-in.
• Reporting: Notify management regarding any maintenance issues, damages, or low inventory of supplies.

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift.
• Reliability: Punctuality and dependable transportation to the Eureka Springs area.
• Hospitality Mindset: A friendly attitude and a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience.
• Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
