You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that directly impact night shift operations, including maintaining employee documentation, assisting with onboarding, conducting safety audits, and preparing shift transition reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute accurate passover reports at the end of each night shift.
- Generate and submit timely new hire reports in coordination with HR management.
- Conduct routine safety audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Support onboarding processes for employees starting during night hours.
- Address HR-related inquiries from night shift staff and escalate issues when needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with day and night shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with administrative projects and tasks as assigned by HR leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Availability to work overnight and a flexible schedule, including the potential to assist with coverage on other shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR, clerical, or administrative role.
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices and audit procedures.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
