As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in supporting daily operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide array of industrial equipment. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Maintenance Technician ensures production systems function smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing output in a high-volume, 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging machines, and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and document equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Stay informed on the latest maintenance practices and technologies through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Strong background in mechanical systems, electrical repair, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
