Our client in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance. This position offers a competitive starting pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Performing preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment required for the job.
• Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.
• Documenting maintenance activities and reporting to supervisors as needed.
• Willingness to work second shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm to 12 am) and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic.
• Possession of own tools and portable tool cart.
• Positive attitude and ability to follow directions effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronics or electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to prove experience and qualifications for potential higher pay.
