Installations Project Coordinator

Job Details

Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Installations Project Coordinator to support installation projects and provide excellent customer service. This position will work closely with builders, customers, and internal teams to coordinate products and installation needs from selection through completion.

The Installations Project Coordinator will assist customers and builders with product selection and ordering, review floor plans and blueprints, handle customer claims, and conduct worksite walkthroughs and inspections. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and project partners are important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with builders and customers to coordinate installation projects and address project needs.
• Assist customers with product selection based on project requirements.
• Assist with product ordering and ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the project.
• Handle customer claims and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Read and review floor plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Perform worksite walkthroughs and inspections to help ensure project requirements are met.
• Use computer systems to enter, track, and maintain project and customer information.
• Communicate with customers, builders, vendors, and other project partners as needed.
• Help coordinate project details to keep installations moving efficiently.
• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand floor plans and blueprints.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Flooring industry experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with customers, builders, and team members.
• Professional and dependable approach to customer and project interactions.
