We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitor to join our team in Bentonville, AR. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility, such as offices, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated disposal areas.
• Maintain and restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces to promote a hygienic environment.
• Ensure that all cleaning chemicals and supplies are handled and stored safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties.
• Cooperate with other staff members and support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar custodial role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and carrying moderate to heavy objects.
• Understanding of basic cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures.
