Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Lamination Worker to join our client’s team in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing foam boards to be put through the laminating machine. You will be working in a team environment to lift and assemble foam boards, as well as checking them for imperfections before they are packaged and sent out. The job also involves placing 60lbs blocks of foam boards onto a machine that uses a hot wire to cut the boards, moving the cut boards onto pallets, and transporting them to the lamination room.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lamination Worker, you will also be responsible for operating a saw machine to cut foam boards into their specified forms. This involves lifting 2-3 ultra boards off a pallet on the ground and overhead into the saw machine. You will also enter the appropriate data and specifications into the computer on the machine, which tells the machine what form to cut the boards into.

Qualifications

This job requires physical strength and stamina. You must be able to lift up to 40-60lbs on a regular basis for most positions. You will be standing, bending, stooping, and walking 8-10 hours a day.
