Machine Operator for Marshalltown

Job Details

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Machine Operators and Shipping Employees at our MARSHALLTOWN facility in South Fayetteville. As a Machine Operator/Shipping Employee, you will play a crucial role in our production and shipping processes, ensuring that our products are manufactured and delivered to our customers efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various press, metal riveting, injection molding, and robotic welding machines
• Assemble final bolts and small parts by hand
• Pack products per customer specifications
• Pick labels and apply them to products
• Pick orders utilizing a Cherry Picker
• Scan and palletize products
• Wrap pallets for shipment
• Load trucks
• Restocking

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, stoop, and bend
• Solid work history with minimal gaps in employment
• At least 6 months of previous manufacturing/warehouse experience
• High energy level, common sense, and a polite and well-mannered demeanor
• High school diploma/GED preferred
