We are currently hiring a Mover & Packer for a warehouse facility in Bentonville, AR. This full-time position offers consistent daytime hours, with the potential for overtime on Saturdays. The Mover & Packer role plays a vital part in the daily operation of warehouse logistics, including packing, palletizing, and product movement throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities

As a Mover & Packer, you will be responsible for:

• Safely lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Packing materials efficiently and securely to meet quality and safety standards.
• Palletizing items and preparing them for shipping or storage.
• Relocating inventory and supplies around the warehouse as needed.
• Following all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Delivering quality customer service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Prior warehouse or moving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
