Are you detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy? We are looking for an Office Administrator / Inventory Control professional to join our team in Hot Springs, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our storeroom and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Berry software JDE to manage inventory and track stock levels efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
  • Monitor inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain organized and tidy storage areas for easy access and efficient inventory management.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and consumption patterns.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with office tasks and projects.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with inventory management software, preferably Berry software JDE (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, administrative support, or related field is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
