Our client in Bentonville, AR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Assistant to support daily administrative operations and contribute to the execution of marketing initiatives. As the Office & Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations by maintaining organization, facilitating communication, and supporting leadership. Your responsibilities will span across administrative duties such as calendar management, supply ordering, and meeting coordination, as well as assisting with marketing tasks such as campaign support, promotional design, and performance tracking.

In this Office & Marketing Assistant role, you’ll be expected to keep workflows moving efficiently by managing daily office needs and assisting in the successful execution of internal and external communications. Your creativity and organizational skills will be put to use when producing branded materials and supporting marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and handle phone and email correspondence
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail, physical and digital filing systems, and document security protocols
  • Oversee basic facilities management and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
  • Plan and support company events, team-building activities, and internal meetings
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and email templates
  • Track marketing performance, generate reports, and provide insight based on campaign data
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics for marketing materials and product fulfillment
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and outside vendors
