Our client is seeking an organized and dependable Office Support Staff member to assist with the day-to-day operations of their office. This part-time Office Support Staff position is ideal for someone with strong clerical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to visitors, clients, and staff.
The Office Support Staff will handle a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including greeting visitors, entering information into multiple computer systems, managing appointments, making outgoing calls, and responding to general inquiry emails. This position will also help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information as needed.
  • Make outgoing calls and follow up on general inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Perform accurate data entry across multiple computer systems.
  • Respond to general inquiry emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office information.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure commonly used items remain stocked.
  • Help keep the office clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with light cleaning and general office upkeep as needed.
  • Support other routine clerical and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of continuous clerical or office support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately enter and maintain information across multiple systems.
  • Dependable, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during a limited part-time schedule.
