Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Fort Smith, AR. You will be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the branch, from managing staff and developing customer relationships to recruiting and onboarding temporary employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership:
- Manage and motivate a team of internal and temporary employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals.
- Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism.
- Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and temporary employees.
- Understand customer needs and identify staffing solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Recruiting and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Onboard new temporary employees.
- Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Process payroll and benefits.
- Safety and Security:
- Promote and enforce safety procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding temporary employees.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
