Job Description:
We are seeking an Order Puller in Siloam Springs for a short-term/seasonal assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for pulling and packing customer orders while adhering to approved order pulling procedures. This position requires high attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and pack customer orders according to approved order pulling procedures
- Meet the order puller I efficiency, utilization and % of orders without error standards
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders
- Communicate with the supervisor regarding any discrepancies or issues with orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in order pulling or a similar role is preferred
