1st Employment is seeking a dependable Packaging Associate for our client in Saint Paul, AR. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. The Packaging Associate will be responsible for stacking, packing, and handling wood pallets while maintaining productivity and safety standards throughout the shift.

Candidates must be reliable and committed to maintaining attendance, as the workday begins early. Employees are expected to arrive and be ready to work by 5:45 AM each day. This role requires the ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and moving throughout the shift.

The Packaging Associate will work with palletized materials, ensuring pallets are properly stacked, packaged, and prepared according to company requirements. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Stack and pack wood pallets in an organized and efficient manner
• Handle and move pallet materials throughout the work area
• Inspect pallets for quality and report any damaged materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Assist with general labor duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Must be able to arrive at work and be ready to start by 5:45 AM
• Reliable transportation and ability to make the daily commute to Saint Paul, AR
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
