We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Packer position with one of our clients in North Little Rock, AR. This is a temporary opportunity with a company that specializes in officially licensed sports and entertainment merchandise and collectibles. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing merchandise for distribution while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect merchandise and collectibles for quality before packaging.
- Accurately package and label products for shipment.
- Utilize packing materials and equipment to ensure items are secured for transport.
- Verify order information and ensure correct items are packed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with meeting daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Always follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or retail is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
