Our staffing agency is currently seeking multiple Patient Service Representatives for a valued client in North Little Rock, AR. We are looking to hire 4–5 individuals with a target start date of February 16, and interviews are expected to begin the first week of February. At least three of these Patient Service Representative positions require fluency in both English and Spanish. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are passionate about customer service and interested in growing a long-term career in the healthcare services field.

The Patient Service Representative role is based in a call center environment that provides customer support to patients associated with hospitals and clinics. As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients after billing, helping them navigate questions related to their accounts. This may include explaining charges, clarifying balances, directing patients to appropriate resources, and ensuring a positive and professional experience during every interaction. The Patient Service Representative plays a critical role in maintaining patient satisfaction and trust while representing the client with professionalism and empathy.

Strong customer service skills are essential for success in this Patient Service Representative position. While prior medical or healthcare experience is a plus, it is not required, as training will be provided. The ideal Patient Service Representative is comfortable handling a high volume of calls, can communicate clearly and confidently, and remains calm and courteous when assisting patients with sensitive or complex billing concerns. Attention to detail, active listening skills, and the ability to problem-solve are key qualities for a successful Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Medical or healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required for select positions
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
