Our client is seeking a dependable and hardworking Pool & Spa Set Up Technician to join their team in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable performing physical labor, and takes pride in helping complete quality pool and spa installations. The Pool & Spa Set Up Technician will assist experienced technicians with installation projects, routine maintenance, equipment handling, and general construction tasks to ensure every project is completed safely and efficiently.

As a Pool & Spa Set Up Technician, you will play an important role in preparing job sites, transporting materials, and supporting the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial pools and spas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn valuable trade skills while working alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and setup of pools and spas.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools and spas.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Prepare work sites by digging trenches and completing basic construction tasks.
• Assist technicians with equipment repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use equipment responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and digging.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
