Job Details
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pre-Mixer Technician to join our client’s production team in Little Rock, AR. This role is key in preparing and sequencing ingredients for industrial mixers, ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for labeling lot codes and pallet tags daily, weighing and loading ingredients in the correct order, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and completing all necessary production paperwork.
This position requires physical stamina, as you will need to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. You will also coordinate warehouse sanitation twice weekly, participate in rotating freezer shifts, and assist with other production or packaging tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, weigh, and load ingredients in proper sequence for mixers
- Maintain mixer schedule and ensure proper mixing times
- Accurately label and update lot codes and pallet tags daily
- Complete production paperwork and submit for verification
- Keep work areas clean and comply with food safety and GMP standards
- Perform scheduled warehouse cleaning and sanitation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or some college coursework
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
