We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate for our client in Bentonville, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is team-oriented, dependable, and driven to succeed in a production environment. The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in all phases of the manufacturing process to ensure that our clients products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The Production Associate will perform a variety of hands-on tasks, including product check-in, testing, grading, cleaning, labeling, and packaging. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to follow established production methods to meet daily goals. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling physical tasks, and ensuring both efficiency and accuracy on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in products accurately and ensure proper documentation.
- Test products after check-in to verify functionality and quality.
- Grade, clean, and accessorize products according to company standards.
- Attach the correct labels and tags to products and packaging.
- Pack finished goods into the correct boxes and containers.
- Place completed goods on designated pallets for shipment.
- Notify supervisor immediately of any mechanical or material issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and quantities.
- Evaluate the quality of finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Keep equipment maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Sweep, organize, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all health and safety laws and company guidelines.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety laws and safe work practices.
- Strong understanding of production equipment and processes.
- Ability to frequently walk, bend, reach, and use hands and arms.
- Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs. and occasionally install overhead parts of varying sizes.
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, or overnight shifts as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
