Job Details
We have multiple openings for Production Workers, including Machine Operators and Shipping Employees in South Fayetteville. The pay rate for these positions ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, depending on the shift. This job has been classified by our client as Safety Sensitive according to state law guidelines, and drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluations may be required as a condition of employment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Worker you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production lines and shipping processes.
- Setting up and operating various press, metal riveting, injection molding, and robotic welding machines
- Assembling final bolts and small parts by hand
- Packing products according to customer specifications
- Picking labels and applying them to products
- Picking orders utilizing a Cherry Picker
- Scanning and palletizing products
- Wrapping pallets for shipment
- Loading trucks
- Restocking inventory
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, stoop, and bend
- A solid work history with minimal gaps in employment
- At least 6 months of previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- High energy level, common sense, and polite and well-mannered demeanor
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
