Job Details
As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our client’s manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient production and packaging of our client’s products. Your responsibilities will include various tasks within the production facility, ensuring quality standards are met and production goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Packers/Sorters: Sorting and packing products according to specified guidelines to ensure accurate packaging and shipment.
- Operating Shrink Wrap Machines: Operating shrink wrap machines to securely package finished products for distribution.
- Offloading from the Rewinder on the Single-Sheet Corrugator Line: Assisting in offloading materials from the rewinder on the single-sheet corrugator line, ensuring continuous production flow.
- Feeding the Hogger Machine: Operating the hogger machine to process materials efficiently, ensuring pressure sensor switches on conveyor are operational for safe operation.
- Operating Manual Banding Equipment: Utilizing manual banding equipment to secure materials, wearing safety glasses and cut-resistant gloves for protection.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and production processes.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
