Join our client’s team as a Production Worker on 2nd shift and be a part of a fast-paced food processing environment! This role involves packaging, assembling, and inspecting food products to ensure top quality and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in a clean, efficient, and safe manner to meet production goals.
• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and pack finished goods.
• Inspect products for quality, removing defective items as needed.
• Rotate between production lines and assist in training new team members.
• Work in a variety of temperatures and conditions while using required PPE.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, and company regulations to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year of related experience; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
