Job Details
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to inspect products and operate manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and report quality issues. This position plays an important role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring products meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor production machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report defects or quality issues.
- Complete basic production and quality documentation.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
