This position offers a starting pay rate of $11.75 per hour and provides an opportunity for growth and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive training in safely and efficiently operating assigned machinery or equipment.
- Read work orders and/or follow verbal instructions to determine materials needed to complete orders.
- Pull and load presses with the necessary materials.
- Conduct primary and final inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves manually.
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. as required during the shift.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including locating, and moving products within the warehouse facility.
- Complete all job functions following proper safety requirements and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to work the assigned schedule as required by production demands.
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift duration.
- Capability to lift 50 lbs. regularly during the shift.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy required in job tasks.
- Proficient hand-eye coordination to perform tasks effectively.
- Ability to read and write legibly to understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
