Job Details

Our client in Arkadelphia, AR, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating assigned machinery and equipment, as well as the physical loading and unloading of materials. This position requires adherence to operational standards and supervisor instructions to maintain a productive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned. Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensure machine guards and safety features are in place and operational. Promote good safety practices within the workplace.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as required. Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform general maintenance functions as needed to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with work location rules and guidelines.
  • Operational Assignments: Complete assigned tasks and operational duties as directed by the supervisor. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Dependable Transportation: Ensure reliable transportation to and from work to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.


  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
  • Physical ability to load and unload materials.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
