Production Line Attendant

Job Details

Our client is seeking a Production Line Attendant to join their team in Stilwell, OK. This role has been classified as Safety Sensitive according to state law guidelines, and as such, drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluation may be required as a condition of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling, packing, and inspecting finished goods.
• Mixing and handling raw materials with strict adherence to sanitary conditions.
• Ensuring that products meet company and government quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting equipment breakdowns, ingredient/material problems, and quality issues to the supervisor.
• Assisting with the training of new line attendants.
• Rotating to other product lines in other facilities as needed.
• Maintaining a straight product flow along conveyors.
• Wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, including but not limited to ear plugs, safety glasses/goggles, bump caps, hair and beard nets, and gloves.
• Performing all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and safety regulations).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures and conditions and be exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
