Production Warehouse Associate

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and work scheduled hours, including overtime as needed.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and wear a designated uniform in good condition.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Follow all safety guidelines, keeping the work area clean and clutter-free.
• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently.
• Process production orders from customers.
• Inspect materials and equipment for malfunctions or inconsistencies.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety policies.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking materials.
• Work efficiently and cooperatively with coworkers across departments.
• Complete production tasks in a timely manner according to department schedules.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency.
• Conduct quick and efficient changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Clean and sanitize equipment after production cycles.
• Perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
• Comply with OSHA safety and health regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks like bending, pulling, pushing, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to maintain focus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
