Key Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time and maintain reliable attendance
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery and production equipment
• Assist with production line operations to meet quality and productivity goals
• Place and process customer production orders accurately
• Inspect materials and equipment to identify any malfunctions or quality concerns
• Perform product quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Handle shipping and receiving duties as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control processes
• Complete production assignments according to departmental schedules
• Perform quick and efficient production line changeovers to minimize downtime
• Clean and sanitize equipment after production cycles are completed
• Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors across departments
• Assist with overtime, alternate schedules, or weekend work when required to meet customer demands

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, twist, push, pull, and reach for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Excellent attendance and dependability required
