We are a staffing agency partnering with our client in Pocola, OK to hire a dependable and motivated Production Worker for a fast-paced corrugated box manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with hours from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The ideal candidate for this Production Worker role will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes. This includes equipment such as Flexo Folder Gluers and Die Cutters. The Production Worker will play a key role in ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are completed on time to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, feed, and operate converting machinery to manufacture corrugated boxes
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain production flow
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Pack, stack, and organize finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor machine repairs when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- 0–5+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with die-cutting, CNC equipment, or similar machinery is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety guidelines
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and rotate between different production stations
