Job Details
We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Support professional for a 3rd Shift opportunity with our client. This is a vital support role intended to ensure the smooth overnight operations of a dynamic technical project team. The position is a 6-month assignment with a full-time overnight schedule running from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $22, depending on experience.
The Project Support team member will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and accurate documentation for technicians working through the night. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for field technicians and interfaces closely with the project management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate technician check-in at the beginning of each shift, ensuring all team members are accounted for and prepared for their assignments.
- Accurately update and maintain project tickets, logging progress, notes, and issues as they arise during the shift.
- Receive deliverables from technicians, verifying documentation and ensuring all required materials are accounted for.
- Conduct thorough technician check-out procedures, collecting reports, verifying task completion, and ensuring that tools and equipment are returned as needed.
- Perform a detailed handoff to the project manager, compiling shift updates and status reports to support continued progress.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for any overnight project-related questions or issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a project support, administrative, or operations role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in overnight hours.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or project management software is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers, taking notes, and reporting updates clearly.
