Our client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team in Rogers, AR. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products through rigorous inspections, audits, and testing. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints and experience with various inspection tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the company’s product line by performing functional, endurance, and cosmetic inspections based on established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, investigations, and special studies to address and resolve quality issues.
• Perform endurance and functional tests on products in line with internal procedures.
• Execute cosmetic inspections of gun assemblies and components, ensuring they meet established standards.
• Ensure that incoming materials and parts are properly identified and inspected before being approved for use.
• Perform required testing in accordance with ASTM standards to ensure product safety and reliability.
• Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes to inspect products and document findings accurately.
• Complete special gun requests as needed to meet client demands and operational requirements.
• Document all test and inspection results accurately and submit them for review and verification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with blueprints.
• Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
