Quality Inspector

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Inspector to join their manufacturing team. The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and comply with internal and external requirements. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in manufacturing, enjoys working with data and processes, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality output. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting materials, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Review and interpret process control documentation, including process control plans, process flow diagrams, and process FMEAs
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and inconsistencies, and report findings to appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access to track and report quality data
• Ensure all inspections and processes align with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role
• Working knowledge of process control documentation such as control plans, flow diagrams, and FMEAs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
