Quality Lab Technician

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Quality Lab Technician in Danville, AR. This position offers competitive wages starting at $14 per hour, with excellent benefits including health insurance, life insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and paid vacation and holidays. Wages will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement systems, with the ability to learn new tools and techniques.
• Manage and perform gage calibration, quality lab requirements, and floor inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Interpret customer and process drawings and specifications as needed for quality assurance.
• Address quality concerns promptly and make informed decisions on corrective actions.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and be willing to take on additional duties as required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with good judgment in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
• Familiarity with quality assurance concepts and methodologies is preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality-related role is a plus.
