Job Details
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist for our client in Rogers, AR. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent communication, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for emergency preparedness purposes.
- Provide instructions to customers and process drop-off payment transactions efficiently.
- Handle communication via phone, email, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
- Transfer calls as necessary and ensure that phone inquiries are directed to the appropriate staff member or voicemail.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and package handling.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Perform additional assignments, projects, and duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and email correspondence.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
