Our staffing agency is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician for one of our clients in Springdale, Arkansas. This is a full-time opportunity to join a restaurant facilities team supporting a large quick-service restaurant operation throughout beautiful Northwest Arkansas.

The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment to help ensure restaurant facilities operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration, heating, cooling, and related facility equipment.
• Respond to service calls and identify the source of equipment problems.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Inspect refrigeration and HVAC systems for potential mechanical or operational issues.
• Maintain equipment according to established maintenance schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
• Use appropriate tools, equipment, and safety procedures when performing service work.
• Document completed repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment conditions.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant personnel and facilities team members regarding equipment issues and repairs.
• Prioritize service calls and complete assignments in a timely and professional manner.
• Help minimize equipment downtime and maintain reliable restaurant operations.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company at customer locations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Technician, Commercial Refrigeration Technician, or similar role preferred.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required for HVAC and refrigeration service.
• Ability to work in restaurant and commercial facility environments.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable driving history preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area as needed.
