We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the Sash Department in Fort Smith, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality results. The Sash Department plays a vital role in ensuring that sash frames meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and we are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to a team-driven production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and cycle sash clean machine, including loading and unloading sash frames.
- Perform in-cycle value-added assembly tasks as directed.
- Carry out in-cycle hand removal of vinyl in weld areas that cannot be accessed by the sash clean machine.
- Inspect cleaned sash to ensure all parts meet established quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sash clean machine and work area, keeping it free from debris and excess vinyl.
- Follow all safety and health instructions from management, including the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, arm protection (when required), and hearing protection.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in other vinyl department positions as needed.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Eliminate or control unsafe conditions and report hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Adhere to the company’s strict “no-tolerance” policy regarding drug and alcohol use.
- Take responsibility for personal safety as well as the safety of fellow team members.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or operating automated equipment is preferred but not required.
