Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Shipping Associate to join their team in Springdale, AR. The Shipping Associate will be responsible for assembling boxes, ensuring proper packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a fast-paced position that requires standing for long periods and working with various packaging materials, including a glue gun. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. The building is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment year-round.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare boxes for shipping by removing excess cardboard and ensuring each box is properly processed.
• Use a glue gun to seal boxes with attention to detail to ensure proper packaging standards are met.
• Stand for long periods while performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work as part of a team to meet shipping deadlines and ensure that all products are packaged correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of steady warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic English proficiency is required to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
